These president canna Lilly’s grew very well in PA planted outside in flowerbed , there are much taller than the 32” about 50-60” tall. ( white fence is 32” high) .There are many flowers that are quite small on long stems 8”+ but not the big showy flowers in photography. But we have seen hummingbirds on them which is great !!!
I have a garden with many varieties of canna that all look gorgeous year after year. These Eden variety, President were very disappointing. They did not produce one bloom. I contacted customer service and received a ridiculous autogenerated response to enjoy the foliage even though there aren’t any flowers. The selling point on the website of these bulbs are the red blooms they produce. Not a quality item and very poor customer service.

I ordered four different varieties of cannas this year, and The President were the fastest to grow and first to bloom. They are healthy, vibrant plants with many orangey-red blooms. I expected these to be shorter cannas, as they are listed as "up to 32". Be mindful of height, however, as I planted one in a pot and it is now 63", and the other is in the ground and it is at 57". I would order these beauties again.
,We have about 30 different kinds of cannas, most planted next to each other, and The President is the hands down favorite of the Hummingbirds.
