Cleopatra is an especially variable canna, and its foliage can display green, deep burgundy or purple, and streaks or sections of contrasting coloration, even on the same plant. The foliage shown in your photo can fall within that expected variation, so we may not be able to determine whether the variety is incorrect from the leaves alone. The flowers will provide a better indication, as Cleopatra typically produces distinctive red and yellow blooms, with individual flowers varying considerably in how much of each color they display. We take varietal accuracy seriously and have shared your concern with our Quality Control team, who can work directly with the growers who pre-package these for us when further investigation is needed.
