Every color came into fruition. They were gorgeous spring, summer and now into fall. I ordered in the fall/winter because I did not want to risk them being out of stock. I ordered 25 pounds to do a hedge along the road at our farm for a birthday gift to myself. Everyone has enjoyed them tremendously.
I’m in zone 6 and direct sow the seeds mid April. I did cover them as young seedlings a couple of times for frost with a beach towel. There did well and now about 4 feet high.
I have the tallest, fullest cosmos I’ve ever seen this year with this mix! They are like a wall, as tall as me and I cut from them most days! But I’ve seen very few orange ones.
We sowed the seeds at the end of March and by the first of May we were in full bloom!
We did a few other mixes with the cosmos but you can see they definitely took over!
I planted these two months ago. And I picked my first bouquet yesterday. They are gorgeous! No orange flowers yet but It appears that all of the other Variations that were advertised in this pack have come up.
They seeds did very well. The yellow flowers are pretty and growing in a sunny, difficult area of the yard. I'd like to order some multi colored cosmos seeds in the spring.

Hello Ashley. Thank you for taking the time to write in your review. We are sorry to hear that you're only seeing orange blooms so far! In Zone 5, it's not uncommon for some colors in a cosmos mix to bloom earlier than others. Environmental conditions and natural variation can cause one variety to establish and flower before the rest, so the orange blooms may simply be the first to open. As the plants continue to mature and bloom throughout the summer, additional colors may still appear. We previously reached out to offer assistance and a resolution but have not yet heard back. If your planting continues to produce only orange flowers, please reply to that email and we'd be happy to help. At Eden Brothers, we stand behind our products and want every customer to be happy with their garden!
We planted them in a row along our 2 gardens which are around 100sqft each. It’s currently late October and they are still full bloom and attracting pollinators. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an easy flower to grow that will attract friendly pollinators!
Bought the seeds and sprinkled them and tapped down on new soil per directions in April/May. Didn’t see anything until August but only about a third of the area. Now in October, I’ve got some that are 4 ft high. Is that normal?

Hello, Marta
Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We appreciate your feedback as continuing to work with our gardeners around the country allows us to actively update our products and processes. We are delighted to hear that you’ve requested a store credit and will resume gardening with us! Sometimes it can take quite awhile for the Cosmos to come out of dormancy. Feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns.
I have grown Cosmos for over 20 years and these are the smallest flowers I have ever seen. The plants grow very tall but I don't understand why all of the flowers are so small. I don't think any are over 2 inches in diameter. I am disappointed so far. It is mid August so I think I have given them enough time to post this review. The plants are about 4 feet tall.

Hello, John
Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We are sincerely sorry to hear that your Crazy For Cosmos - Cosmos Flower Seed Mix did not grow as expected! We reached out previously, but wanted to make sure we gave ample opportunity to resolve this issue. Feel free to reach out by phone Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Eastern time at 855-440-2929 or by email at service@edenbrothers.sbs. We'd love to hear from you!
I live in Jamestown, Colorado 7,500 feet, and have a beautiful display of Cosmos still Blooming in October. They have created a decorative fence of flowers up to 6 feet tall.
I ordered 1/4 and direct sowed about 1/4 of the bag. I had forgot about them so they were sowed in late June. It's now September and they are all so tall and have been blooming for at least 4 weeks. Would have so many more if when they were coming up my husband didn't think they were weeds and pulled many of them LOL. Just purchased a pound of these for next year!
We just turned an sand arena into a garden and there was so much empty space there was no way I could fill it with plants. Bought these seeds (along with some others) and spread with my kids in the beds. It is now a cosmo jungle! I'm so happy with it since it otherwise would have been mostly empty this year. Can't believe how many have sprouted and how big they are.
It's really a bit early to review the cosmos seeds but they have taken very well. I bought 1/2 pound and am filling in all bare spots with them. Thousands of seeds are now 8-12 inches high and very strong and healthy despite drenching and heavy downpours. I had enuf seeds so where there is a bare spot still I can sow more. I look forward to the blossoms.
