Indian Blanket Seeds - Double Mix

Store owner replied: Hello Jennifer. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your Indian Blanket Double Mix bloomed as single flowers rather than the expected double, puffy form. While we're glad to hear the seeds had excellent germination and produced healthy plants, we understand how disappointing it is when the blooms don't match your expectations. We're glad we had the opportunity to provide a resolution. Feedback like yours helps us identify potential issues, and we've shared your experience with our seed supplier for further review. At Eden Brothers, we stand behind our products and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us continue improving the quality of the products we offer!

Store owner replied: Hello Cailin. Thank you for sharing your experience and we understand the disappointment. Environmental stress, including excessive heat, drought, or poor growing conditions, may also affect flower development, but we have reported this to our quality control department to have them retested. Many times with mixes some colors may be more common than others, but this would depend on if it was the whole packet that was planted. Either way we are looking into this as we always stand by our products and want our customers to get what they were expecting. We are glad we were able to work out a resolution with you, and we hope you get to try these beauties again with better luck!

Store owner replied: Hello Bridgette. Thank you for sharing with us. We’re sorry to hear that these beauties did not grow true to the double variety we both expected, and we understand the disappointment! Since that time, we have switched seed suppliers for this item to help prevent similar issues in the future. We previously reached out by email with a resolution offer, but we want to be sure you have every opportunity to connect with us. If you'd like to follow up, our team is available Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm ET at 855-440-2929 or anytime by email at service@edenbrothers.sbs. Please know that we stand behind our products and are always here to help make things right if an issue arises. We look forward to hearing back from you, so we can have the opportunity to make it right with you!
