    This is the third spring after planting Forncett Summer poppy roots in the fall. The first year I saw only a few green leaves, and then the plants went dormant. I wasn't sure what to think. The second spring they produced a few nice-looking blooms. But this year, the third spring, they really came into their own. Huge, bright blooms, with many stems per plant. A lovely salmon/coral color. Foliage is lush and healthy. Love them!
