This peony was an absolute success ! The roots were big and healthy and had eyes everywhere! I live in zone 8b and planted this last spring and I got my first bloom the following spring. I’m not sure if more are coming this summer, but the foliage is nice and healthy and the bush is getting bigger which leads me to believe the follows season will give me lots of beautiful large blooms like the one I got this year.
Received 5 well-packaged roots in October and promptly planted. All 5 emerged this Spring, andthe first to emerge blessed me with a bloom! I didn't expect any flowers for 2-3 Springs. Thank you for the beautiful specimens.
I followed the interruptions as stated and I had no luck growing this. I’m not sure if maybe I received a dud? I was so excited to see it come up this year.

I followed the planting instructions, and consulted the internet after no sprouting for weeks. I planted this months ago and no leaves or growth as of yet. I'm afraid I may have received a dud. :(

I bought 5. It’s year 1, end of May in zone 5/6. I didn’t expect any flowers on them in this first year but it looks like I have a few coming! All 5 plants grew well and 4/5 are a good size already.
I ordered several of these bulbs. Some have started to grow and seem healthy, one never bloomed, and one is dying, despite planting them all in the same conditions, on the same day, following the same process.

I planted these this spring, and while I know they won't produce blooms this year, all of the roots produced beautiful and healthy plants. I am already looking forward to seeing what next spring brings me!
I received 2 tubers in April and I was surprised (and excited!) to see how large they were! Both with 4-6 or 7 eyes! The tubers arrived fresh and very healthy. I haven't seen them flower yet but I'm looking forward to it!
