Another wonderful addition to the F1 hybrid Madame Butterfly series, all with double azalea-type blooms that are so ruffled and beautiful they won the prestigious All-America Selections distinction in 1970. Madame Butterfly Rose Snapdragon offers a graceful addition to this series in warm rosy-pink tones. Lush and elegant flower spikes make a striking statement at the rear of borders or when harvested for indoor floral arrangements.

Store owner replied: Hello Taylor. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry to hear that your seeds did not germinate! Snapdragon seeds are very small and require light to germinate, so they should be sown on or very near the soil surface rather than covered. As a cool-season flower, they germinate best in cooler temperatures, and in Zone 7, warming weather later in the spring can sometimes reduce germination success. Many gardeners find the best results by starting snapdragons indoors 8–10 weeks before the last expected frost or by sowing them outdoors very early in the season. Keeping the seedbed consistently moist, can also help improve germination. We previously reached out with additional growing information and offered a resolution, but have not yet heard back. If you'd still like assistance, please reply to that email and we'd be happy to help. At Eden Brothers, we stand behind our products and are always here to help our gardeners succeed!
I planted these with two other varieties of Eden Brothers snapdragons, all in the same environment, and only one of these seeds germinated.
