While not very many seeds were enclosed, I had great germination and success with this variety & was quite pleased with it! (sowing early in a 60°F greenhouse). I'm in a "cooler-evening temps" region of coastal southwest Oregon, so it Did take longer than expected for them to bloom once planted outdoors, but also they "carried on" a lot longer. In fact, we've been so unseasonably warm this year, the few I left in pits are now budding up and they're acting as perennials. Another trick I learned (which will you "double the plants", free!) is to make cuttings when you pinch your seedlings-they all rooted very easily, a nice plus!
