Zinderella Orange Zinnia Seeds present large, crested pompon blooms in a vibrant tangerine shade with touches of deep gold and a delicate cream "halo" encircling the central eye. With a width of two inches, these blooms feature a pompon of closely clustered short petals atop a layer of longer, daisy-like petals. Just like all zinnias, Zinderella remains enduring, whether in the garden or as a charming addition to a vase.

Though Zinderella zinnias have been bred for more consistent scabiosa-style blooms, most single to semi-double variation is normal. You’ll see the most fully double flowers early in the season under cooler conditions; as temperatures rise, blooms may shift back toward single.

  • • Blooms attract pollinators and beneficial insects that can help repel pests from vegetable crops and other flowering varieties
  • • Demands warm spring soil to be one of your easiest annuals to grow
  • • Considered a "cut and come again" variety as it sets new buds as soon as the old flowers are cut or deadheaded

I bought these with excitement fort their texture but none of them puffed up. The base layer of petals are very thin and not what I was hoping for.

Store owner replied: Hello Wild Moss Garden. We appreciate you sharing your experience with Eden Brothers and are sorry these flowers didn’t meet your expectations. While we’re glad we could provide a refund, your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We’re currently reviewing this variety with our growers to better understand and address the performance of the double/scabiosa-form blooms. Double/scabiosa-form varieties can be tricky because they have inconsistent genetics, as some plants produce full, double blooms, while others may be more single or semi-double. Achieving the desired flower forms often requires selective thinning and growing larger batches to increase your chances of getting those showy blooms. We truly regret any disappointment and thank you for your patience as we work to ensure our products match what we promise!

These never filled out in the cone like the pictures and they had pretty frail stems. All of my other zinnias did great this season aside from these ones. It’s a shame too, because I was hoping to use them for Clemson-colored bouquets. They were also the first to get bacteria and it spread to all my other zinnias.
